Alphix Solutions Limited specialises in delivering cookie-less technology solutions to our clients. Further detail about what we do along with our contact are set out below. Our group-wide website is www.fundamentalgroup.com where our Privacy Policy is set out in full, and this contains, amongst other information, details of your rights in relation to any personal data we process about you.

Our website

No cookies are used on our Alphix Solutions website. Instead, we employ our suite of Alphix Solutions which enable us to (i) carry out website visit fraud verification and analysis of “bot” activity (ii) generate company-level insights about corporate visitors to our website and (iii) retarget and advertise to those corporates visiting our website via their company-owned IP address (firmographic targeting).

We do not seek to process any data which is directly or indirectly capable of identifying any individual visitor to our website. The solution does not rely on cookies and individual users are not tracked. We capture IP addresses and limited other data (see below) (“Alphix Data”) collected on a user’s visit to our website which we analyse for non-human (“bot”) activity to assess company level interaction with our website and to retarget to company-owned IP address where appropriate. Alphix Data is captured via separate tags (dependent on activities undertaken) placed on our website. These tags capture IP addresses sent to our website by the ISP when a web visitor wishes to access our website (we do not gain access to or place any data on a user’s device). Alphix Data comprises Timestamp, URL, User Agent, Referrer, Country IP Address, Page scroll and Page duration.

Alphix Data is held securely by Alphix Solutions using Google Cloud in its London data centre, is encrypted at rest and in transit, and used solely for the purposes outlined herein. At no stage is any other use made of Alphix Data and no profiles are generated via the limited data collected. We do not seek to directly or indirectly identify any individual and do not use Alphix Data to distinguish one user from another, save only to identify bot activity. We contract with and use reputable providers to identify company-owned IP addresses, identifying companies with a minimum employee threshold to ensure no single employee can be directly or indirectly identified. We work with Beeswax as a Demand Side Platform to undertake our firmographic targeting, using their local (by region) data centres. With privacy by design at its heart, the overriding objective of the solution is to only use non-personal data.

Our services

Alphix Solutions comprise a suite of services offered to our clients providing reliable analytics insights and targeted advertising that conventional tools are unable to provide. Alphix Solutions enables clients to identify potential “bot traffic” and, using company IP address data, provide firmographic insights and targeting. The solution does not rely on cookies and individual users are not tracked.

The solution operates as it is deployed on our website (see above), using Alphix Data collected on a user’s visit to a client website which, dependent on the services taken, are analysed by Alphix for non-human (“bot”) activity, to assess company level interaction with our clients’ websites and to retarget to company-owned IP addresses. Alphix Data is captured via separate tags (dependent on activities undertaken) placed on our clients’ websites. These tags capture IP addresses sent to our clients’ website by the ISP when a web visitor wishes to access the website (with no access to or data being placed on a user’s device).
